By accessing or using SkillDare AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform. Your continued use signifies your acceptance of any future modifications to these terms.
2. Refund Policy
Important Notice
All transactions on SkillDare, including coin purchases, contest entry fees, and "Viral Probability" unlock fees, are strictly non-refundable. Once coins are spent or fees are paid, the service is considered rendered, and no reversals will be processed.
Please ensure you review all contest rules and requirements before committing any funds.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in paid contests. Users are responsible for ensuring that their participation complies with all local, state, and national laws in their respective jurisdictions. SkillDare reserves the right to request age verification at any time.
4. Wallet & Coin Economy
SkillDare operates on a 1:1 Coin-to-Currency parity (1 Coin = ₹1). Coins in your wallet represent your balance for contest entry and can be withdrawn as prizes. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-72 hours, subject to security checks and bank processing times.
5. AI Validation & Scoring
By submitting a video, you agree to be judged by our proprietary AI scoring engine. The AI's decision is final and binding. Scores are based on objective metrics including posture, timing, completion, and technical skill. Re-analysis requests may be available for a fee but do not guarantee a change in score.
6. User Conduct & Fair Play
You agree not to use any fraudulent means to win contests, including but not limited to: uploading pre-recorded footage not belonging to you, using generative AI to create fake videos, or attempting to manipulate the scoring algorithm. Any detection of foul play will result in an immediate and permanent ban without refund.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the platform.
